From the minute that we called him, he was very polite on the phone. He answered every single question that we had. He told us what time he was gonna drop it off and he was here on point He also told us if we wanted to Have him pick it up this afternoon if we were done he can we texted him and he was here within half hour. Such a great guy very polite very respectful. If I needed his services again, I will call him without a doubt me and my wife couldn’t be any more happier great job. I know they rate him five stars but I will give him 100.

My first experience renting a dumpster for moving out of my childhood home Fantastic communication through the whole process. Answered all my questions through chat so had speedy reply. It was actually better service then I expected I had messaged them a couple of hours just to see if they where available and just like that we choose a time and sure enough they was there and ready to go!!! The two gentleman who came out to meet me had huge smiles and didn’t even care how much stuff I had they kept saying it’s no problem we will take care of it with smiles , and I had huge items they carried it all out in less than 25 mins I swear I never seen two hard working men the service was so quick I felt like they just got to my location and it’s rare now a days in customer service to just keep smiling and made me feel very comfortable! I will definitely be using them again ! I recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of anything I wish I got their names but thank you for all your help today and coming out so fast !! 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!

So happy I selected Rapid Junk Removal RI LLC to remove an old wood stove from my basement. I needed some SUPER STRONG and smart individuals to move my old 1970’s cast iron wood stove, because not only was it VERY Heavy, maybe 600 lbs or more and needed to go up some stairs. Not a lot of companies would take on that job. The crew showed up on time and were enthusiastic and well prepared to do the job. They were friendly, professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire process of the task. It was comforting to see them tackle such a difficult job while paying attention to and showing concern for my property. I was greatly appreciative. They were awesome!
