1. Mobilizing the Right Equipment: We brought in a large excavator, pumps, dumpsters, and flatbeds to the site. Our goal was to dismantle and remove the boat quickly and safely without the need to transport it whole.
2. Preparing for Safe Removal: Before we began the physical dismantling, we removed all hazardous fluids from the boat, including oil, gas, and transmission fluid. This step was crucial to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible removal process.
3. Crushing the Boat On-Site: Once all fluids were removed, we used the excavator to crush the boat on-site. This allowed us to break down the boat into smaller, manageable pieces that could be easily loaded onto flatbeds and transported for disposal.

The entire operation was completed in just a few hours. Instead of a large, deteriorating boat, the boatyard was left with an empty spot, saving the owner from additional storage fees and a lot of headaches.
